South Florida Bulls vs San Jose State Spartans
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
Tomorrow night’s game takes place on the campus of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, but no Hawaii Rainbow Warriors will be involved (they went 5-7 this season – no bowl for you). Instead, we get a California vs Florida battle; an American Athletic Conference vs Mountain West Conference showdown.
And I’m going with the underdog South Florida Bulls. Neither of these teams is very good, with the San Jose State Spartans coming in with a 7-5 record, and South Florida a game worse at 6-6. However, the Bulls have a stronger strength of schedule and a superior advanced stats ranking.
When you crunch the numbers, USF should be a one-point favorite tomorrow, so the Bulls plus the points will be the pick I’m sticking in my stocking.
