The College Basketball Experience (@TCEonSGPN) on the Sports Gambling Podcast Network talks about which programs have the most NIL. Ryan McIntyre (@Moneyline_Mac) and Noah Bieniek (@NoahB77_) analyze the CBS Sports story that had coaches anonymously rank three schools based on NIL.
It is Sicko Season for College Basketball. Mac and Bieniek are diving head first into covering CBB’s biggest preseason headlines daily this year. TCE Trims will be short form 10-30 minute news content where we provide our analysis and takes on today’s buzz.
Matt Norlander, Gary Parrish, and the CBS team surveyed 100+ college basketball coaches and are providing the various answers in anonymity to the masses. 27 schools received at least one nomination. Arkansas was the runaway top choice after poaching John Calipari from Kentucky. Kansas was largely picked second. But rounding out the Top 3 was BYU!
Where were all of the other college basketball blue bloods? Miami didn’t get picked. Are there positives to NIL? Which coaching jobs without strong NIL collectives should be emphasized more? Who do we think was surveyed for this article? Did that affect the results at all?
