We’re down to nut-cutting time in the NHL, with the regular season wrapping up on Thursday. However, most of the playoff berths are pretty much locked up already. For my SGPN Parlay for Sunday (April 13th): NHL Parlay, I’m parlaying together a couple of those teams who have punched their playoff tickets. Let’s go get that money!
SGPN Parlay for Sunday (April 13th): NHL Parlay
Buffalo Sabres vs Tampa Bay Lightning
Start Time: 6:00 PM EST
One of those playoff-bound teams, not surprisingly, is the Tampa Bay Lightning, still a top team in the league after all these years. One team that will be hitting the golf links starting next Friday is the Buffalo Sabres, as, for the 14th straight year, they’ll be skipping the playoffs again this year.
So it goes without saying (but I’ll say it anyhow), that I’m taking one of the league’s best home teams to beat one of the worst road teams tomorrow. Tampa Bay on the moneyline it is.
Edmonton Oilers vs Winnipeg Jets
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The second half of my parlay should be a more competitive affair, at least on paper, pitting two of Canada’s top teams, the Edmonton Oilers and the Winnipeg Jets.
The Jets are 29-6-4 at home, and by my calculations, I have them as a 1.16-goal favorite tomorrow, so I like the number we’re getting on them on the moneyline.
