2025 NFL Three-Round Mock Draft – JMark
Real quick, before we get started, let me give you a little background on this mock draft. Every year, I complete a seven-round mock-up prior to the NFL draft, and every year, I’m reminded that I could never GM 32 teams. It is painstakingly difficult trying to predict every pick. You can find my early seven-round mock here.
The three-rounder as we get closer to the draft is a little easier. We have a better idea of what teams are looking for, and there have been more visits.
I used team needs as listed in PFF and on NFL.com, PFF grades of current starters, as well as team visit trackers. Last thing, we all know there will be trades. However, this mock is assuming no trades will be completed.
Round 1
The Titans are currently on the clock for the number one pick, and it’s becoming more and more clear that they’re going to draft Cam Ward. After that, however, is a complete crap shoot. Some say Abdul Carter is the best player in the draft and a generational edge rusher.
Others say it is Travis Hunter, although there are some GMs in the NFL who doubt if he can play wide receiver and cornerback effectively like he did in college. Especially at his smaller stature.
Is it likely that only one quarterback gets picked in the first round? Likely not, though this quarterback class has a lot of question marks on it. When doing a draft with no trades, it just didn’t make sense to reach on any quarterback past Cam Ward in round one.
A lot of fantasy football enthusiasts will be eager to see where Ashton Jeanty lands as well. The 2025 three-round NFL mock draft gets started with Cam Ward and ends with the Eagles replacing edge rusher Josh Sweat.
# | Team | Pick | Pos | College |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Titans | Cam Ward | QB | Miami |
He's not the number one player on the draft board for most. However, he's the biggest need for the Titans. They currently have a huge need at quarterback after Will Levis didn't pan out to be their franchise back. Now they start over with Ward, who is a gunslinger that can read the field fairly well. Some are starting to compare him to Ben Roethlisberger. | ||||
2 | Browns | Abdul Carter | ED | Penn State |
The Browns have a lot of needs but passing on a generational pass rusher is something they can't do. The Browns snatch Abdul Carter, making a nightmare for opposing QB's to go against Carter and Garrett. Carter finished last year with 13 sacks, 10 hits, and 43 hurries on 350 pass-rush snaps. He has a pass-rush win rate of 22.6% and a pass rush grade of 92.4 per PFF.com | ||||
3 | Giants | Travis Hunter | CB | Colorado |
Can Travis Hunter play both cornerback and wide receiver in the NFL? It doesn't matter to the Giants, who draft him based off his athleticism. They'll be able to use him in a variety of ways on offense if they want to, but he'll immediately eleveate their defense. | ||||
4 | Patriots | Tetairoa McMillan | WR | Arizona |
The Patriots have put themselves in a great position to take one of their biggest needs after a strong free agency. Something Drake Maye needs to continue development is a big time wide receiver. The Patriots get that in Tetairoa McMillan. He's 6-5 with excellent athleticism and a very high football IQ. He'll be Maye's new best friend. | ||||
5 | Jaguars | Mason Graham | DT | Michigan |
The Jaguars take Mason Graham, a 6-3, 320 monster who is fast for his size and is an excellent run-stopper. He's spent most of his collegiate career in the B-Gap on the defensive line and scored a 2024 PFF run-defense grade of 92.6. His pass rush win rate was 13.8% and 12% on run-stop rate. He'll be a big anchor to their d-line. | ||||
6 | Raiders | Ashton Jeanty | RB | Boise State |
Ashton Jeanty to the Raiders feels inevitable. The Boise State standout finished last year with 2,595 yards and 29 rushing touchdowns. He had a 6.9 yard per carry average and part of that was brought down because teams had to repetitively stack the box. They won't be able to do that every down in the NFL. Jeanty will make Raiders fans quickly forget about the days of Josh Jacobs. | ||||
7 | Jets | Will Campbell | OT | LSU |
Something new quarterback Justin Fields could benefit from is a blindside blocker. Their current LT from last year did not finish with a very high pass-blocking grade. They draft the best tackle on the board here in Will Campbell and flip Fashanu to right tackle. Fields now has two 6-6 tackles to help him stay upright, or to create space for him when he wants to take off. | ||||
8 | Panthers | Jahdae Barron | CB | Texas |
The Panthers continue their offseason of boosting the defense. They added a bunch of free agents to bolster the defense, and now they add Jahdae Barron. He allowed zero touchdowns last year and held quaterbacks to a 34.2 rating. He'll become a true lockdown corner in the NFL. | ||||
9 | Saints | Armand Membou | OT | Missouri |
The Saints have a lot of needs. They've got one of the worst odds in the NFL to win their division or make the playoffs. They start improving by adding Armand Membou, offensive tackle out of Missouri. He's primarily a right tackle but is going to be an anchor on the offensive line. | ||||
10 | Bears | Malaki Starks | S | Georgia |
The Bears did a great job in the free agency and set themselves up to take the highest player available on their board. They could use depth at safety and a guy that can take over at either safety or nickelback. Malaki Starts, safety out of Georgia, is a high IQ player who's been compared to Kevin Byard, who is the Bears' current safety. | ||||
11 | 49ers | Josh Simmons | OT | Ohio State |
This may seem like a reach to some, however the 49ers are smitten with Simmons already. He is coming off a torn ACL in 2024 but in 2023 he only allowed one sack on 443 pass-block snaps. The 49ers met with Simmons at the combine and liked what they saw. | ||||
12 | Cowboys | Mike Green | ED | Marshall |
With Jeanty gone, picking Mike Green out of Marshall feels like a Jerry Jones type play. They need somebody that can effectively get after the quarterback outside of Micah Parsons. Not to mention Parsons potentially being gone after next year. Green was graded by PFF at 91.4 for pass rush and 90.2 for run defense. He had 17 sacks last year, 10 hits, and 32 hurries. He'll fit well on this Dallas defense. | ||||
13 | Dolphins | Will Johnson | CB | Michigan |
The Dolphins have quite a few needs and they fill one by drafting Will Johnson, cornerback out of Michigan. He's got quick feet and nice change of direction. He's been compared to Darius Slay and is pretty decent against the run as well. | ||||
14 | Colts | Tyler Warren | TE | Penn State |
Whether its Anthony Richardson or Daniel Jones, the Colts need some more offensive playmakers. They get that with Tyler Warren. The tight end caught 104 passes last year for 1230 yards and 8 touchdowns. He also had a 61.9% contested catch rate. He's a physical player who has been compared to former Colts TE Dallas Clark. | ||||
15 | Falcons | Jihaad Campbell | LB | Alabama |
While I liked Atlanta's signing of Leonard Floyd to fill a need of theirs, I don't think he lasts very long. Jihaad Campbell would fit in as an edge rusher in their defense. His best fit is to be a pass-rushing OLB, which isn't exactly where the Falcons will put him. However, they'll make use and coach him up and he could become an All-Pro edge rusher for them. | ||||
16 | Cardinals | Donovan Ezeiruaku | ED | Boston College |
The Cardinals need help rushing opposing quarterbacks. They draft Donovan Ezeiruaku out of Boston College to get that help. Ezeiruaku had 14 sacks, 20 hits ,and 26 hurries on the quarterback last year with a pass-rush win rate of 18.2%. | ||||
17 | Bengals | Kenneth Grant | DI | Michigan |
The Bengals are a hard team to figure out. They may be trading their best defensive player. They're working on massive contracts for their two wideouts in order to make Joe Burrow happy. With their first pick in the draft they take Michigan's interior defensive lineman Kenneth Grant. He'll be an excellent run-stopper for them against the AFC North run-heavy teams. | ||||
18 | Seahawks | Kelvin Banks Jr. | OT | Texas |
Seattle needs to address the offensive line if they expect Sam Darnold to have success. They start by drafting offensive tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. out of Texas. He's an excellent athlete and should become an immediate starter. He's a 6-4, 320 pounder who has started at left tackle for three years now and only allowed 4 sacks over htose three years. | ||||
19 | Buccaneers | Derrick Harmon | DT | Oregon |
It's not super common to find pass-rushing interior defensive lineman. The Bucs have Vita Vea to help stop the run so they add Derrick Harmon as the perfect compliment to him. Harmon had a 17.6% pass-rush win rate last year and grades well against the run as well. He helps keep the Bucs defense strong along the defensive line | ||||
20 | Broncos | Luther Burden | WR | Missouri |
The Broncos get Bo Nix some help by adding Luther Burden out of Missouri. His pro comp is Deebo Samuel because he's a swiss army knife just like him. He can be used as a wide receiver, running back, and help out in a variety of ways. He's sharp and explosive and a natural playmaker who will create a lot of YAC for Bo and the Broncos. | ||||
21 | Steelers | Xavier Watts | S | Notre Dame |
The Steelers take Xavier Watts out of Notre Dame. Watts is the best ball-hawking safety and while some thought he'd slip to Day 2, the Steelers decide they won't let this high IQ safety go any farther. | ||||
22 | Chargers | Waler Nolen | DT | Mississippi |
The Chargers could go a couple of different directions but they take devensive interior lineman Walter Nolen. He's an extremely strong defensive lineman and has a very low missed tackle rate. Harbaugh is going to love this guy and he's going to excel in their defense. | ||||
23 | Packers | Mykel Williams | ED | Georgia |
The defenses that have been thriving recently in the NFL seem to have some mixture of Georgia players on it. The Packers play in one of the toughest divisions in the NFL and grab edge rusher Mykel Williams to help out. He needs to keep developing his game to become a true pass-rusher. however, in the mean time, he's a really good run defender on the edge and comes from that Georgia pedigree. | ||||
24 | Vikings | Shavon Revel | CB | ECU |
The Vikings grab cornerback Shavon Revel out of ECU. He's an athletic freak and despite coming off a torn ACL and from a smaller school, the Vikings believe in his fierce competitiveness and ability to come in and change their defensive backfield. His pro comp is Tariq Woolen. | ||||
25 | Texans | Matthew Golden | WR | Texas |
The Houston Texans keep Matthew Golden in Texas. He can play both inside the slot and outside and has made some impressive one-handed catches. He's got good speed and can work the sideline very well. His pro-comp is Stefon Diggs, a guy the Texans just let walk in free agency. Now they get younger and faster. | ||||
26 | Rams | Emeka Egbuka | WR | Ohio State |
The Rams replace Cooper Kupp with slot receiver Emeka Egbuka. Playing in the slot for Ohio State last year, he had 1011 yards and 10 touchdowns on 81 catches. 785 of those yards came out of the slot. Matt Stafford will love this guy. | ||||
27 | Ravens | Shemar Stewart | ED | Texas A&M |
The Ravens select edge rusher Shemar Stewart out of Texas A&M. He's a really good run-defender on the edge. While his stats didn't pop with a lot of sacks, he did have 33 QB hurries in 315 pass-rush snaps. When you're hurrying the quarterback 10% of the time, plus being a good run-defender...that's not too shabby. | ||||
28 | Lions | Tyler Booker | G | Alabama |
Just because Ben Johnson is gone doesn't mean Dan Campbell is going to stop adding physical football players. Tyler Booker is a 6-5 guard who has good power and a high footbal IQ. He has long arms for an interior player and strong hands. The Lions will love this guy. | ||||
29 | Commanders | Josh Conerly Jr. | OT | Oregon |
After meeting with him at the combine the Commanders loved Josh Conerly. He fits their scheme well and will be able to help elevate the run and pass game. He may be moved to right tackle, but either way he should help protect Jayden Daniels, who's coming off a great first season. His pro-comp is Broderick Jones. | ||||
30 | Bills | Trey Amos | CB | Mississippi |
The Bills met Trey Amos at the combine and then invited him for a top thirty visit. The Cornerback out of Ole Miss has a pro comp of Terrion Arnold. He can become an immediate starter that will help shut down bigger wide receivers. He's 6-1 and has long arms. | ||||
31 | Chiefs | Grey Zabel | OT | North Dakota State |
The Chiefs add offensive tackle Grey Zabel out of North Dakota State. He's made starts at left tackle, right tackle, center, and left guard. His versatility will make him very valuable. He didn't just make starts at all those positions, in the last three years he's only allowed a combined total of four sacks and 16 QB hurries. | ||||
32 | Eagles | James Pearce Jr. | ED | Tennessee |
The Eagles lost Josh Sweat, who was a big part of their Super Bowl as an edge rusher. They replace him with Tennessee edge rusher James Pearce. He had 8 sacks, 4 QB hits, and 43 hurries on 254 pass rush snaps last year. He had a pass rush win rate of 23% and is graded well in both the pass and the rush. |
Round 2
I had the Browns passing on a quarterback in the first round but not the second. Another edge rusher and a new quarterback could help them turn things around sooner rather than later. They have a good start in this 2025 NFL three-round mock draft.
This is the round I felt the best about quarterbacks ramping up. Three quarterbacks get taken, multiple running backs, and many other good players who will step in and start for their teams right away.
# | Team | Pick | Pos | College |
---|---|---|---|---|
33 | BrownsComp Pick | Jaxson Dart | QB | Ole Mis |
The Browns continue a strong draft by getting a quarterback that probably shouldn't have slipped to the second round in Jaxson Dart. He's a two-sport athlete who has a big ar with natural movement and good mobility. In 2024 he had 4,276 passing yards, 29 touchdowns, 6 interceptions, and an average of a 122.3 passer rating. Deshaun Watson is finished. | ||||
34 | Giants | Shedeur Sanders | QB | Colordao |
The most poloarizing quarterback in the draft out of Colordao, Shedeur Sanders, gets drafted by the Giants. They have Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston to show him the ropes and be a bridge quarterback. Sanders doesn't cave under pressure and had the 2nd highest adjusted completion percentage last year. He's started three years and thrown for over 10,000 yards, over 100 touchdowns, and only 19 interceptions. They grab Colorado's two best players. | ||||
35 | Titans | Elic Ayomanor | WR | Standford |
The Titans have a lot of needs. With their second pick in the draft they help their new quarterback with Stanford receiver Elic Ayomanor. He's a possession receiver who runs excellet routes and has a high football IQ. He's 6-2, 210 and uses his body to get off of press coverage and beat guys down the field. | ||||
36 | Jaguars | Colston Loveland | TE | Michigan |
The Jaguars got rid of Evan Engram this offseason and now replace him with Michigan tight end Coleston Loveland. His pro comp is Tyler Eifert. He's a lighter tight end but has long arms and a big catch radius and is a natural pass catcher. He will be able to step right in and become a playmaker for the Jags. | ||||
37 | Raiders | Darius Alexander | DI | Toledo |
The Raiders add defensive tackle Darius Alexander out of Toledo who will line up next to Maxx Crosby to form a scary duo. He's a little bit older (25) than some of the other prospects but he has great measureables. His pro comp is Kawaan Short and he is one of the strongest defensive lineman in the draft. He's really good against the run and received a 90.3 PFF grade in run defense. | ||||
38 | Patriots | Jalon Walker | LB | Georgia |
Patriots add to their linebacking corps with Jalon Walker out of Georgia. His pro comp is Devin White. He's a natural pass rusher off the edge but has the size to play either ILB or OLB in the NFL. This makes him versatile and a linebacker that can be developed by a good defensive coach. Guess what, Patriots have one of those guys. | ||||
39 | Bears via CAR | Demetrius Knight Jr. | LB | South Carolina |
The Bears have a need at linebacker, especially after letting Jack Sanborn walk. They take Demetrius Knight Jr. who becomes the newest Monster of the Midway. His pro comp is Bobby Okereke. He's a great athlete and a physical player. He's older than most of the prospects in this class but he's very mature and a great tackler, something Chicago could improve on from last year. He will take their Sam position alongside Edwards and Edmunds. | ||||
40 | Saints via SF via MIA via DEN | Tyleik Williams | DT | Ohio State |
The Saints add to their defensive front-seven with Tyleik Williams. His pro comp is Da'ron Payne. He's a powerful DT who could develop into a great run-stopping lineman. His pass rush grade isn't great but his run defense grade is one of the highest in the drafts, which will make him a good fit for the Saints. | ||||
41 | Bears | Princely Umanmielen | ED | Ole Miss |
The Bears continue to elevate their defense by adding edge rusher Princely Unanmielen out of Ole Miss. He's a twitchy player who will work opposite of Sweat and offenses will have to pick their poison on who they will double team or chip block with an TE. He has the speed to catch RB's from the backside. Last year he finished with a 22.8% pass rush win rate, getting 11 sacks, 16 QB hits, and 28 hurries on 288 pass rush snaps. | ||||
42 | Jets | Jalen Milroe | QB | Alabama |
The Jets draft Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe to grow behind Fields. The best part about Milroe is if Fields gets injured, there's no step back in the dual-threat quarterback area becaues Milroe can be a dual threat as well. He needs some development as he was inconsistent in college. However, this feels like the perfect landing spot for him to sit and develop. | ||||
43 | 49ersComp Pick | Darien Porter | CB | Iowa State |
The 49ers draft cornerback prospect Darien Porter out of Iowa State. He's a wide receiver turned quarterback who may need some developmental time. However, he can immediately step in and make a big impact on special teams, he understands route trees, and he's a 6-4 cornerback, making him one of the taller corners. He's an incredible athlete who also excelled at track. Shanahan will find ways to use him on defense and potentially on trick plays in the offense . | ||||
44 | Cowboys | Omarion Hampton | RB | North Carolina |
Dallas fills a big need by drafting running back Omarion Hampton out of North Carolina. Hampton is a beast of a running back hwo has gone over 1500 yards in each of the last two seasons and scored 15 rushing touchdowns each. He also had 38 catches for 373 yards last year. His elusive rating is very highly graded and he will be a star running back for the Cowboys, something they've been lacking in the past several years. | ||||
45 | Coltsvia WAS | Nic Scourton | ED | Texas A&M |
The Colts need pass rush help and they get it by drafting Texas A&M edge rusher Nic Scourton. He has a great combo of size and pass-rush moves to the edge spot and could be fit into a 3-4 or 4-3 front. He can play DE or OLB or both. Last year he finished with a 17% pass rush win rate. | ||||
46 | Falcons | Maxwell Hairston | CB | Kentucky |
The Falcons bolster their secondary by selecting Kentucky CB Maxwell Hairston. He may not have had the best 2024 season after a good 2023, but he's a feirce competitor who excels at getting phsyical on the line with Wide Receivers. He has a high football IQ and is a really good tackler. He allowed 0 touchdowns in 2024, even though he only had one interception. | ||||
47 | Cardinals | Xavier Restrepo | WR | Miami |
The Cardinals add to their receiving corps and give Kyler Murray another weapon in Miami slo treceiver Xavier Restrepo. He's got great hands and can gain separation well. His pro comp is Sterling Shepard. Last year he played almost all of his snaps from the slot and had 1,127 receiving yards and 11 receiving touchdowns. He'll play out of the slot for them. | ||||
48 | ![]() Dolphins | T.J. Sanders | DT | South Carolina |
The Dolphins continue building through the trenches, drafting T.J. Sanders, a big 6-4, 290 pound DT out of South Carolina. He received a 2024 PFF grade of 82.4 overall. He's quick for his size and can shoot gaps and disrupt plays whether it's against the run or pass. His pro comp is Quinton Jefferson. | ||||
49 | Bengals | Nick Emmanwori | S | South Carolina |
Two South Carolina players go in a row as the Benglas take safety Nick Emmanwori. After spending a Top 30 visit with him the Bengals know he won't be available at their next pick at 81 and want to add him to their defense. Emmanwori has elite length and speed and has a pro comp of Obi Melifonwu. | ||||
50 | Seahawks | Jayden Higgins | WR | Iowa State |
The Seahawks need to work on replacing D.K. Metcalf, who they traded to the Steelers for a 2nd rounder. They use one of their second rounders to work on replacing him by selecting wide receiver Jayden Higgins out of Iowa State. It may be big shoes to fill, but Higgins is an excellent possession receiver who is an excellent route runner. He's 6-4 and will always be at the right place at the right time for Sam Darnold. | ||||
51 | Broncosvia IND | Quinshon Judkins | RB | Ohio State |
After hosting him for a top-30 visit, it was always in the Broncos plans to take running back Quinshon Judkins out of Ohio State. He'll immediately step in as the starter. He's a strong north-to-south runner who has a nice speed and power combo. He can also create some really good yards after the catch. He's a tough player who will be relied on in this offense. Last year while splitting the work load he ran for 1060 yards and 14 touchdowns, receiving a 90 rushing grade from PFF. | ||||
52 | Seahawksvia PIT | Bradyn Swinson | ED | LSU |
The Seahawks need some pass rushing help and they get it by drafting edge rusher Bradyn Swinson out of LSU. He had a 22.1% pass rush win rate last year on his way to 9 sacks, 8 QB hits, and 43 hurries. He has good burst and decent speed and his high pass-rush win rate has been present in each of the last three seasons, showing he's not just a one-season wonder. | ||||
53 | Buccaneers | Landon Jackson | ED | Arkansas |
The Bucs continue to beef up their defensive line by adding edge rusher Landon Jackson from Arkansas. Jackson contributes in both the pass rush game and the run defense game. He finished last year with seven sacks, 8 QB hits, 20 QB hurries and 3 batted balls. His pro comp is Carl Nassib and despite being 6-7 he has surprisingly quick athleticism. | ||||
54 | Packers | Jack Bech | WR | TCU |
The Packers get decent production out of their WR's but they don't have a receiver that can take over every game. They draft Jack Bech out of TCU to be that guy. His pro comp is Michael Wilson and he can line up anywhere. He's been in the slot, outside, as well as at tight end. | ||||
55 | Chargers | Cam Skattebo | RB | Arizona State |
The Chargers use their second round pick to get Cam Skattebo out of Arizona State. He as drawn comparisons to Kyren Williams and is going to be a juggernaut in Harbaugh's offense. I know they picked up Najee Harris, but Skattebo can be the long term answer for them as well as hepl in the receiving game. He finished 2024 with 1,712 yards, 21 touchdowns, and 543 receiving yards. He was 3rd in yards after contact and 2nd in missed tackles forced. | ||||
56 | Billsvia MIN | JT Tuimoloau | ED | Ohio State |
The Bills add pass rusher JT Tuimoloau out of Ohio State. His pro comp is Kwity Payne and he'll help make life tough for opposing quarterbacks. He's improved each year. He's a very consistent edge rusher with a powerful first step. Last year, he finished with 15 sacks and also graded very well against the run. He'll elevate this defense to help against the other AFC offensive juggernauts. | ||||
57 | Panthers via LA | Jack Sawyer | ED | Ohio State |
Back to back Ohio State pass rushers added as the Panthers add edge rusher Jack Sawyer. He had 10 sacks last year and a 17.6% pass rush win rate. He also grades well against the defense. He's ranked all over the board with some having him as a Top-20 player. His pro comp is Rob Ninkovich. After free agency and the first two rounds of the draft, the Panthers defense looks much different and much stronger. | ||||
58 | Texans | Carson Schwesinger | LB | UCLA |
The Texans need some help in the linebacking corps and they get it by drafting Carson Schwesinger. To'oTo'o was last year's addition and now they add another young backer to help bolster their defense. His pro comp is Payton Wilson. He has a high motor and isn't afraid to lay a hard hit on the offense. He has excellent ursuit speed and vision. | ||||
59 | Ravens | Donovan Jackson | OT | Ohio State/b> |
The Ohio State players continue to fly off the board as the Ravens draft offensive tackle Donovan Jackson. He isn't the flashiest of players, but he's a Day 1 starter. He moved to LT from LG in the final 9 games and performed well. He's started at both left tackle and left guard and only allowed 5 sacks in the last three years. | ||||
60 | Lionsvia LAR/i> | Azareye'h Thomas | CB | Florida State |
The Lions don't have many needs but one of them is at cornerback. They address that by drafting Azareye'h Thomas out of Florida State. He's a constant pre-snap communicator, can blitz effectively, and is highly competiting. He has a high football IQ and iwll help this Lions defense. | ||||
61 | Commanders | Benjamin Morrison | CB | Notre Dame |
The Commanders need help at the cornerback spot and they get it by drafting Notre Dame standout Benjamin Morrison. He's a smart, high football IQ guy who moves very smoothly at the CB spot. He did have a hip surgery he is continuing to recover/get stronger from. However, he's going to eleveate this defense immediately and will only continue to get better. | ||||
62 | Bills | Isaiah Bond | WR | Texas |
The Bills take a page out of the Chiefs playbook and draft speedster Wide receiver Isaiah Bond. He may have some development to do to become an every-down contributor, however, he's a top-tier athlete with world class speed. His YAC and ADOT are above the 60th percentile and the Bills can use him in a variety of different ways. | ||||
63 | Chiefs | Shemar Turner | DT | Texas A&M |
The Chiefs add to the defensive line with Shemar Turner. His pro comp is Dominique Easley. He's a 6-4, 300 pound d-lineman who's played prety much every spot along the line. He has a very high motor that the KC coaches will love. | ||||
64 | Eagles via NO/i> | Tate Ratledge | G | Georgia |
The Eagles love Georgia players these past few years and they need help on the interior of their offensive line. Tate Ratledge checks both those boxes. He's primarily started at right guard and can help pass blocking and provide downhill power in the run game. |
Round 3
As with all mocks, the 2025 NFL three-round mock draft starts to get trickier the deeper you get in. The Browns, Patriots, Bears, Saints, 49ers, and Chiefs all grab themselves a running back. Meanwhile, the Seahawks and Steelers add a rookie quarterback to compete for a future starting job with them. Or, potentially right now for the Steelers.
# | Team | Pick | Pos | College |
---|---|---|---|---|
65 | Giants | Aireontae Ersery | OT | Minnesota |
The Giants add 6-6 330 pound offensive tackle Aiereontae Ersery out of Minnesota. He's light on his feet despite his size and has great footwork. He has some technical things to clean up which is why he falls to the third, however, he could become an immediate starter at left tackle for them. His pro comp is Phil Loadholt. | ||||
66 | Chiefsvia TEN | TreVeyon Henderson | RB | Ohio State |
The other half of the Ohio State running back committee, TreVeyon Henderson, goes to the Chiefs. Whether it's Pacheco or Hunt, I think Henderson is a perfect complimentary back. He's a fast agile guy who can assist in the passing game as well. | ||||
67 | BrownsComp Pick | Dylan Sampson | RB | Tennessee |
The Browns draft Tennessee running back Dylan Sampson in the third here. Unfortunately after another knee blowout, Nick Chubb didn't look like the same back. The Browns don't have anybody to fill in for him adequately either. Now they do. Sampson's speed, patience, and vision make him a big time playmaker for a team that needs big time playmakers. He ran for 1488 yards and 22 touchdowns last year. | ||||
68 | Raiders | Kevin Winston Jr. | S | Penn State |
The Raiders continue to improve their team by adding ball-hawk safety Kevin Winston Jr. He always seems to find the right spot on the field and he's one of the highest graded run-stopping safeties as well. He's got a high football IQ. He will be a hard-hitting safety and fit the Raider mold. | ||||
69 | Patriots | Damien Martinez | RB | Miami |
The Patriots get better on offense by adding Damien Martinez out of Miami. The running back will be an early-down NFL back with good size and a physical playing style. His pro comp is Jeremy Hill. He can also pass-block better than Rhamondre Stevenson, their current top RB. | ||||
70 | Jaguars | Lathan Ransom | S | Ohio State |
The Jaguars select safety Lathan Ransom out of Ohio State. The organization and fans are going to love his toughness. He has excellent instincts and awareness and could become a really solid contributor for them. He may be graded lower on some draft boards, but the Jaguars aren't afraid to take a chance on him. | ||||
71 | Saints via SF via MIA via DEN | Elijah Arroyo | TE | Miami |
Miami used to be considered tight end U. Elijah Arroyo helps them get back to that after being drafted by the Saints and excelling. They did resign Juwan Johnson, however, with no Taysom Hill around anymore, they need somebody at tight end who can make plays.
