Spring has sprung, even though it is still horribly cold up in my neck of the woods. And spring means baseball. And spring also means making money off of baseball. Texas Rangers vs Chicago Cubs
Start Time: 2:20 PM EST
We start things off in Wrigley Field, where the hometown Chicago Cubs are out of the gate with a solid 8-5 record as of this writing. They are also the top-rated team in the majors based on advanced stats.
The Cubs’ starter tomorrow, Shota Imanaga, is 2-0 on the year with a 0.98 ERA. Let’s make it 3-0 after tomorrow’s start. Chicago on the moneyline is the first half of my winning parlay.
Philadelphia Phillies vs Atlanta Braves
Start Time: 7:15 PM EST
The finishing touch on our play, and my best bet for tomorrow, is the Philadelphia Phillies on the moneyline as they face the Atlanta Braves. The always-injured (and now suspended) Braves are a miserable 1-8 this season. I like the Phillies and Taijuan Walker to continue Atlanta’s misery and win tomorrow night in Truist Park. Philadelphia on the moneyline completes our winning parlay.
