We’ve got a busy Friday in the NBA, with 10 games on the schedule. Unfortunately, six of them involve a team openly tanking. That’s the state of the NBA at this point of this season, sadly. Sacramento Kings vs Charlotte Hornets

Start Time – 7:00 PM EST

The Charlotte Hornets would be one of those aforementioned tanking teams, with eight players showing up on the injury report for Friday’s game against the Sacramento Kings.

Yet, I’m putting my money on the Hornets tomorrow night. The Kings are lousy on the road (17-21) and should only be a five-point favorite in Charlotte against the Hornets. The home dogs get my money.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs San Antonio Spurs

Start Time – 8:00 PM EST

Am I really bold enough to go in on yet another tanking team tomorrow?! Even worse (better?), a team that is up against one of the powerhouse teams in the NBA?! Indeed I am.

My line for the Cleveland Cavaliers’ yearly visit to San Antonio to face the Spurs is Cleveland -8.5. Plus, when these two teams played recently in Cleveland, the Spurs only lost by eight. San Antonio is going to cover for us tomorrow. Another home dog gets my cash.
