Javon Small Higher Than 19.5 Points

Oklahoma State heads to Morgantown for a match up with West Virgina. This means that Mountaineers guard Javon Small should get what he wants on the offensive end.

Oklahoma State comes into this game allowing opponents to average 73.4 points per game. That’s 192nd in the nation. They also allow opponents to shoot 35.7% from three-point range. That’s 274th in the nation. The Cowboys allow opponents to shoot 53.9% on two-point shots. That’s 266th in the nation.

Oklahoma State allows opponents to get a lot of good looks and easy baskets. Javon Small will make them pay, and should have no problem filling it up.

Small averages 19.9 points per game in Morgantown. He’s also gone higher than 19.5 points in five out of 12 games this year. This is a great spot for him to improve to six out of 13. Make sure you go higher on Small’s points total in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry for January 4th.

Jaylen Curry Higher Than 1.5 Three-Pointers Made

Richmond visits the Mullins Center for a game against UMass today. This a great spot for UMass guard Jaylen Curry to go higher on made three-pointers.

Curry comes into this one shooting 36.1% from beyond the arc at home. He’s gone higher than 1.5 made three-pointers in only four out of 14 games, but this is the spot to grab him in.

Richmond allows opponents to make 35.4% of their three-pointers. That’s 261st in the nation. Opponents also shoot 27.3 three-pointers per game against the Spiders. That’s 340th in the nation. Their opponents also make 9.7 three-pointers per game. That’s 344th in the nation.

Richmond is poor at perimeter defense, and Curry looks like he needs a slump buster. His points total is 13.5, and that looks a bit high for a guy averaging 12.6 points on the year, but it’s also in play. The safer play for your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry is going higher on three-pointers made.

Michael Rataj Higher Than 8.5 Rebounds

The San Diego Toreros head to Corvallis, OR for a match up with the Oregon State Beavers. San Diego enters this game allowing opponents to grab 38.6 rebounds per game this year. That’s 312th in the nation.

You know who’s really good at piling up boards? Beavers big man Michael Rataj!

Rataj comes into this match up averaging 8.3 rebounds per game. However, he’s averaging 8.8 when he plays in Corvallis. Rataj has also gone higher than 8.5 boards in six out of 15 games played this year. The trend may not be on our side, but the match up certainly is. He’s gone lower in four straight. This is the game you’ll want to go higher on Rataj’s rebounds total in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.
