We’ve made it to the end of our NFL regular season journey – Week 18 is upon us with a couple of rare NFL Saturday games. We’ve still got a couple of playoff spots up for grabs with five teams still mathematically alive to fill those slots. For my best bet for Saturday, January 4th: NFL Predictions, we’re off to what will be a very cold Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, where one of those teams with an outside shot at the postseason will be in town.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Pittsburgh Steelers
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
Technically, the Cincinnati Bengals can still snag the last playoff spot in the AFC, but even a win tomorrow against the Pittsburgh Steelers will only bump up their chances to 11%. But the visitors are surging, winning their last four games while the home team Pittsburgh Steelers are limping to the finish line, losing their last three.
Yet, I’m going with Pittsburgh on the spread as my best bet for tomorrow. The Steelers are healthy, are a solid 5-2 at home, and are still a better team overall than the Bengals despite their swoon. After diving into the numbers, I have this game lined up as Pittsburgh -4.5, so the value is on the Steelers’ side of the spread.
