The Minnesota Vikings are trying to hunt down the Detroit Lions for the NFC North. Is it possible, yes! But they will need help and have to take care of business at home against the Packers. The Green Bay Packers will be without a couple of key defensive players in this game. First, cornerback Jaire Alexander will miss the game with a knee injury and linebacker Quay Walker is out with an ankle injury. Additionally, wide receiver Christian Watson is questionable with a knee injury but indications are he should be a go in this game.

Meanwhile, the Vikings will be without cornerback Fabian Moreau. Other than that, the Vikings do come into this game healthy. The Packers look to get some revenge after the Vikings won against them earlier this season.

Best Bets

The spread in this game made me scratch my head. Yes, the Packers are playing well but who have they played over the past couple weeks? They are coming off a 34-0 win against a injured riddled Saints team. Prior to, the Packers beat a fraudulent Seahawks team. The Minnesota Vikings have one of the best home-field advantages if not the best.

I would expect Jordan Love to make some mistakes in this game against the Vikings defense. I believe Flores will put together a solid game plan against Jordan Love. I also don’t believe Josh Jacobs will be able to generate a lot in the ground game.

Best Bet: Vikings -1.5

Player Prop Best Bet

Jordan Love over 247.5 Passing Yards

The one constent this season has been quarterback passing yards versus the Vikings. Why? Because the Vikings rush defense has been stellar this season and opposing offense have been forced to throw the football. Furthermore, Jordan Love earlier this season threw for 350+ yards after the Vikings got out to a three touchdown lead. I would expect the yardage to continue to pile up this week for Love.
