Minnesota Timberwolves vs Houston Rockets

Start Time – 8:00 PM EST

One of the top NBA teams is in action in this game tomorrow – and it’s not the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wolves are still having a disappointing season, while the Rockets are 21-9 and have won four straight games and six of their last seven. And they have one of the league’s best home records, going 11-3 in the Toyota Center.

Despite playing (and winning) on Thursday, the Rockets should still be a 7.5-point favorite on Friday against Minnesota based on my stats.

Memphis Grizzlies vs New Orleans Pelicans

Start Time – 8:00 PM EST

You know I never miss a chance to fade the New Orleans Pelicans. It paid off again for me on Thursday night as they got blown out by the Houston Rockets, and it’s going to pay off on Friday against the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Pelicans – still missing their top two players – have dropped eight straight games and have won once in their last 18 games. Blech. Memphis should be favored by 15 points.
