Houston Rockets vs Oklahoma City Thunder

Start Time – 8:30 PM EST

The Western Conference side of the NBA Cup bracket went according to chalk, with the conference’s two strongest teams – the Houston Rockets and the Oklahoma City Thunder – making it through to this semifinal matchup. And the value is on the underdogs in this game tomorrow night.

Not only did Houston win the last matchup between these two teams earlier this month, but they’ve also won their last two games and seven of their past 10. Based on my super secret calculations, the line for this game should be Oklahoma City -4, so there’s a little bit of value on Houston’s side of the spread.

(Note, I probably wouldn’t be playing this game if there were more to choose from on tomorrow’s schedule. In the only other game on the slate, the Milwaukee Bucks face the Atlanta Hawks, which I have lined up as Milwaukee -4.5. This is exactly how the books have it lined up as well. Although I have seen it at 3.5 at some books.)
