Atlanta Hawks vs New York Knicks

Start Time – 7:00 PM EST

Both of Wednesday’s games are hard to handicap due to the key injuries on all four teams playing tomorrow. But that’s the NBA today I guess – every player is questionable heading into a game.

Or maybe I’m just hedging in case I get these picks wrong. Based on the Atlanta Hawks and the New York Knicks play this season, this line should be New York -13, so the hometown Knicks is where the value is. Plus, the Hawks have more crucial players showing up on the injury report heading into tomorrow (including their two best players – Trae Young and Jalen Johnson), so New York will remain my play.

Golden State Warriors vs Houston Rockets

Start Time – 9:30 PM EST

The Western Conference game on the docket tomorrow features two of the NBA’s top teams, the upstart Houston Rockets, and the perennial solid Golden State Warriors. Houston is the better team, and they’re at home, so my line for this game is Houston -6.

Here comes the but part – BUT Houston’s Alperen Sengun is questionable for tomorrow night. This is a big deal as he’s worth about seven points per game in terms of plus-minus this season. And Golden State’s only key injured player – Andrew Wiggins – is expected to be back tomorrow. I’m still going with Houston, but you may want to hold off and see if Sengun is suiting up or not.
