Indiana Pacers vs Memphis Grizzlies

Start Time – 3:30 PM EST

The Memphis Grizzlies are getting to be unbeatable at home in the FedExForum, winning their last four games in their friendly confines and running their home record up to 9-3. Despite injuries, they’re a solid team overall, ranking among the best teams in the league when you dive into the advanced stats.

All this is to say I like their end of the spread on Sunday as they host the Indiana Pacers. The Pacers are not a good team, are banged up, and are a poor 2-8 on the road. Memphis -14.5 is my line, so the Grizzlies are the play.

Denver Nuggets vs Los Angeles Clippers

Start Time – 10:00 PM EST

Everything I said above about the Memphis Grizzlies pretty much applies to the Los Angeles Clippers as well. They are a hot home team, winning their last seven games in the Intuit Dome, and are an above-average team in the NBA as a whole despite constant injuries.

So, the same applies to this play as the Memphis one – the value is on the Clippers’ end of the spread. I have them calculated as a 4.5-point favorite, so if the books want to give me them plus the points, I’m game.
