Ian Martinez and the Utah State Aggies get North Texas in Kissimme, FL. This game is a wild contrast of styles, but it’s more likely that Utah State gets dragged into the mud with North Texas than the other way around.
North Texas is notoriously tough to grab rebounds against, and this year isn’t any different. The Mean Green are only allowing opponents to snag 30.8 rebounds per game this year.
Ian Martinez is averaging 4.0 4.0 rebounds per game, but he’s only gone higher than 4.5 in two out of six games this season. He only grabbed two yesterday against St. Bonaventure. Martinez won’t get many chances to pick up boards, and you’ll want to go lower in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry for November 29.
JT Toppin Higher Than 8.5 Rebounds
JT Toppin and Texas Tech get Northern Colorado in Lubbock, TX. Toppin should be in line for a double-double here.
Northern Colorado is allowing opponents to grab 36.6 rebounds per game this year. That’s 222nd in the nation. They aren’t a great rebounding team.
JT Toppin is averaging 10.3 rebounds this year. He’s gone higher than 8.5 boards in three out of six games. Toppin should get a full workload since the Red Raiders haven’t played in a week only have one game on December 4th before they get Texas A&M on December 4th.
Toppin should play close to 30 minutes, and he’ll have plenty of opportunities to clean the glass against the Bears. Make sure you go higher on his rebounds total in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.
Khalif Battle Higher Than 14.5 Points
Gonzaga gets Davidson in the Bahamas today, and we could be in for a crazy Khalif Battle game.
Davidson has struggled defending opposing guards, and they’re allowing opponents to shoot 41.3% from beyond the arc. That’s 354th in the nation.
Battle is averaging 14.7 points per game, and he’s gone higher than 14.5 points in five out of seven games this year. He’s also coming off shooting 0-for-6 on threes against Indiana. This is a get right spot for Battle, and he should get plenty of open looks against a team that doesn’t really defend the arc.
Go higher on points for Battle, but higher on 2.5 three-pointers is also in play.
