Week 13 Underdog Fantasy Thanksgiving Pick ‘Em Challenge

Caleb Williams: 1.5 Pass TDs – Lower

Caleb Williams has thrown for two or more touchdowns one time in the last five weeks. He has accomplished this only four times this year. I like the higher on his rushing yards at 29.5. His 260.5 pass + rush yards is another prop I am interested in. But, touchdowns are hard to come by. Detroit has only allowed 7 passing touchdowns all season. This defense has been much improved in 2024. The Detroit Lions have not allowed a Quarterback to throw multiple touchdowns all season.

Jahmyr Gibbs: 0.5 Rush + Receiving TDs – Higher

Jahmyr Gibbs has already matched his touchdown total from 2023 with 10 touchdowns this season. He has scored a touchdown in five out of his last six games. We have seen his opportunities grow and David Montgomery is dealing with a shoulder injury. Even if Montgomery plays, we have seen Gibbs receive 20-plus touches in two of the last three games. The Chicago Bears have also allowed 11 touchdowns in 11 games this season. Expect to see Gibbs’ dancing in the endzone while you are enjoying your Turkey.

Josh Jacobs: 74.5 Rushing Yards – Higher

The Miami Dolphins rank 9th in the NFL with 106.91 rushing yards allowed per game. Josh Jacobs has been heating up, he has had over 75 yards in five straight games. I like his higher on the 0.5 rush plus receiving touchdowns as well this week. He has four touchdowns in the last two games and six over his last four games. They are playing at home and we know Miami doesn’t travel well to the cold. This defense has not been the same without Christian Wilkins in the middle. Josh Jacobs will be doing a Lambeau Leap while you enjoy your mashed potatoes and gravy.

Rico Dowdle: 16.5 Receiving Yards – Lower

Rico Dowdle has 8 receptions in his last three games for a total of 23 yards combined.  Dallas is coming off of a big win against Washington last week. We have seen the team turn to Dowdle more, but mostly through the ground. His targets have gone down, while his rushing attempts have gone up under Cooper Rush. The Giants are allowed the 3rd most rushing yards per game this season. In their last three games, they have allowed 164.3 rushing yards.

Theo Johnson: 2.5 Receptions – Higher

Theo Johnson has become a focal point of the Giants’ offense lately. Since Week 5, Theo Johnson has had three or more receptions in six of his last seven games. He has consistently had six targets in each of his last three games.  In the last two weeks, Dallas has allowed 14 receptions to the tight end position. Johnson has also had over 30 receiving yards in six of his last seven games.
