Baltimore Ravens vs Pittsburgh Steelers
Start Time – 1:00 PM EST
The Pittsburgh Steelers are on a heater, winning three straight games since Russell Wilson took over as their starting quarterback and four straight overall. The Baltimore Ravens haven’t been too shabby themselves, winning back-to-back games and seven of their last eight. With the lead in the AFC North up for grabs (Baltimore is 7-3, Pittsburgh 7-2), I’m going with the home dog.
As our Munaf Manji revealed in his preview for this game, the Steelers are 16-6-3 ATS as a home underdog over the last 16 years. On top of that, when you consider both teams’ strength of schedule and point differential, and Pittsburgh’s home-field advantage (historically worth about two points per game on average in the NFL), I have this game lined up as Pittsburgh -1.5. Getting the Steelers as a home dog (+3) for even money looks like a play worth making.
