No two teams have played against each other in NFL history more than the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears. The teams have met 206 times, dating back to November 27th, 1921. They’ll meet on Sunday for the 207th time. Historic Soldier Field will be the host for this 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff on FOX.
The Green Bay Packers are 6-3 and third in the NFC North race. Before their loss to the NFC North-leading Detroit Lions last week, the Packers had won four games in a row and six of their last seven. The Packers injury report is pretty light this week, and it appears Jaire Alexander will play after missing last week’s game.
The Chicago Bears are just 4-5. After starting the season a promising 4-2, the Bears have dropped their last three games in a row. After the back-breaking Hail Mary loss to the Washington Commanders, they were embarrassed by the Arizona Cardinal and New England Patriots. Jaquan Brisker has hit the IR and will miss at least four games for the team. The team fired offensive coordinator Shane Waldron and replaced him with Thomas Brown.

Jordan Love Rushing Attempts 3+ (119)
The Chicago Bears’ defense has been pretty tough, but their rushing defense has been the weakness. Specifically, their ability to stop quarterbacks from rushing the ball. Love doesn’t run often, but in three of the Packers’ last five games, he’s gotten to at least three attempts.
Love may take an opportunity or two to attack this Bears’ weak rushing defense, and then if the game goes as planned, the kneel-downs at the end of the game count as rushing attempts also. The hope is, that pushes him over the 3 attempt mark.
Green Bay Packers -4 (-135)
When Aaron Rodgers yelled to the Bears “I own you”, he wasn’t joking. The Packers’ domination of the Bears has continued in Rodgers’s absence. The Green Bay Packers have not only won 10 straight games against the Bears, they’ve covered all 10 of them against the spread. Is Caleb Williams the quarterback the Bears need to end this suffering? Maybe he is, but not this week. Give me the Packers to win and cover.
