I’ve targeted an NFC South game for my best bet tomorrow, a matchup between the first-place Atlanta Falcons and the last-place Carolina Panthers. And – surprise – I’m siding with the Panthers.
Well, not exactly ‘siding’ with them, but taking them on the spread nonetheless. Atlanta has benefited from a home-heavy schedule, which probably has inflated the view of their team.
While the Panthers might be beaten up and struggling and 0-2 at home this season, the majority of the minds here at SGPN (including me) think the 6.5-point spread is too high for them at home, so the Panthers plus the points is the play.
