Week 3 of the College Football season is here and we have some picks to sweat out all Saturday long! Below, we will take a run through the college football slate and find the College Football Week 3 Picks.
Week 3 College Football Picks
Memphis (53.5) at Florida State -6.5
First off, Florida State truly could not look worse through two games thus far. They have a chance to silence the haters a tad against a very feisty, non-power four team. The visiting Memphis Tigers have their eyes set on a playoff spot via the American Athletic Conference.
The 0-2 Seminoles have no choice but to go but up and that is what they will do this week. With a week off, they have surely dialed their regime in. Florida State will lean on their sheer size and strength on the inside to get the job done against Memphis. It is clear DJ Uiagalelei is the quarterback they thought they were getting in the transfer portal. They have plenty of talent in their backfield to lean on but the game will be won in the trenches. Florida State is a hold your nose Week 3 College Football Pick.
The Pick: Florida State -16.5
Cincinnati -4 at Miami Ohio (46.5)
Sorry for what you had to witness last week, Bearcats fans; that was as bad a loss you’ll see all season. The now 1-1 Cincinnati Bearcats blew a 21-point lead with just over 15 minutes to go in the game. To make matters worse, that game was at home. They head on the road to take on a very hungry Miami team. This is an in-state rivalry game labeled “The Victory Bell”. The two programs are tied with the series at 60-60-7. Surely a big matchup this weekend!

Miami started their season with a close loss to Northwestern . Looking at their schedule, it is clear that the program has high expectations for them. Coming off a season winning the MAC, returning some key pieces, and starting with two Power Four teams is no joke. Miami knows they can go back to back and win the MAC. Also, a potential playoff spot may not be outside of the picture.
Miami has had an extra week to prepare for their in-state rival after the loss to Duke. The place will be rocking and both of their teams are looking for a bounce back win. Finally, Cincinnati is the more talented and slightly bigger team but Miami has the crowd and the underdog mentality. Do not underestimate their talent as well. Both of these teams will throw jabs out of the gates. There may just be some fireworks in the greater Ohio area on Saturday evening.
The Pick: Over 46.5
