Xander Schauffele Less Than 71 Strokes
Xander Schauffele is poised to win another major and he has the path to do it. He will need to shoot a subpar round to get the job done, and I believe he has what it takes. Xander gave himself so many looks these last few rounds but did not seem to putt it well.
It is a war of attrition out there. The more looks you get, the more will go in. Look for Schauffele to keep his foot on the gas and make some birdies in round four. He is a great addition to your Underdog Fantasy Pick ‘Em slip.
Billy Horschel Higher Than 73 Strokes
What Horschel did with the short game today was unbelievable. Although he is an incredible chipper and putter, I do not see that being sustainable. Add in the final round pressure and I can see it being a long day for Billy. Trust me, he is not scared to shoot in the 80s as he has done so multiple times within the last two years.
