Round two of The John Deere Classic is here. The birdies will continue to be rolled, and we will take advantage of it. Anytime we see a 59, you know the boys will be able to score. The rain during the week was a factor for this and it does not look like it will be as soft tomorrow. Jordan Spieth Higher Than 5.5 Birdies
Jordan Spieth posted a less-than-stellar round one at The John Deere Classic. Funny enough, this is a better start than the years in which he won. In his interview, Spieth mentioned that he is ready to make a little bit of a chase since there will be some wind tomorrow.
Spieth knows that he needs to make birdies, and the guys at the top will slow down a tad. Ride with Jordan to make some noise and help you cash an Underdog Fantasy Pick’em slip.
Denny Mccarthy Higher than 67 strokes
Denny had a very solid round one with a 64. In very Denny fashion, he did most of that work with the short game. While that will get the job done around TPC Deere Run, I would not count on another sub-67 round, especially when the wind is up. It is always a great day when we can fade Denny McCarthy.
